A friend of mine decided to take me out to lunch at
Shopsy’s, one of the premier delicatessens in Canada. In the place of the famed Blueberry Hill,
Shopsy’s has opened up shop in York University’s York Lanes.
I ordered a Roasted Turkey Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries,
coleslaw and pickle. The sandwich was
juicy, tasty, and rich, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the coleslaw had a
nice texture.
Shopsy’s will be my new Cheers from this moment on.
